Introduction
Our self
catering apartment is on the first floor of an apartment block. We have tried
to provide as much information as possible in this statement, if you have any
queries please do call. We look forward to welcoming you.

Entrance
„The ginnel door entrance at the front is 2.05m high, 64.5cm
wide. It has a coded lock on the right side of the door, 140cm high (door
hinged on the left).

down the ginnel is 12.586m long 85cm wide

staircase is two flights to the first floor with two landings in between
„ There is 15 stairs to the first landing each are 19cm high,
27cm deep, 97cm wide. Landing 1.28sqm a further 3 steps 19cm high 27cm deep
97cm wide up to the second landing approximately 3sqm. There is one step to the
left 19cm high 89cm deep 97cm wide they have handrails either side.
