It was developed and
first came on the market in October 1932 due the high demand
for a high class car which could be run economically. The
first model was powered by an 1805cc six cylinder overhead
valve engine combined then with the all new fluid flywheel
transmission. In 1934 an enlarged 2003cc with improved chassis
and steering was introduced, which gave the car a top speed
of 70mph and fuel consumption of 24-25 mpg. Again in 1937
it was revised with an enlarged engine of 2166cc and yet
again in 1938 with a 2522cc engine
